How to order
Choose the products you want to order from our shop. It’s not possible to order products that are out of stock.
Many articles require a choice of different variations. After you made a choice, your product will be in the shopping chart. You can always check this by clicking on the shopping cart at the top right of the screen.
You can customise your shopping cart, for example, change the amount or remove the product completely.
Once you have completed the required fields, you can calculate the shipping costs. These will be added to the total price.
How to pay
Once you’re satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart, you can make your payment. You can choose to pay with iDeal, credit card, Sofort, BankContact or PayPal. You will then be directed to a secure payment environment where you can make your payment. Now your order is ready.
You will receive an email confirming your order immediately after ordering. And we are going to get the product delivered to you as soon as possible.
You can check the status of your order using the track & trace link that is sent to you or which is available through your profile page. If your order has been delivered, but you have never received it, please contact us.
If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, please let us know as soon as possible, but always within 2 weeks. This is also possible through this form. Please indicate your concerns.
We will send you an address to return the products to. After we have received the product, we will refund you.
